Well, the plumbers (3 of them) work passed inspection yesterday while the electrictians had some deficiencies. Hopefully he'll come out and fix those soon.

Tomorrow my sister and I plan on shovelling and raking the dirt and crushed rock back into place and tamp it (whatever that takes) and prepare the basement floor for the cement pour. Now, that should be good! We don't really know what we are doing but, we're going to try!

Things are now waiting for my brother to get here and finish things up. Hopefully he will come this week.

Today, I took out another load of things when I took my sister home. She lives next door to my new place. So, things here are beginning to look very skimpy....but I can't move out there until the place is inspected and that probably won't happen for another 3-4 weeks.

Well the pour is on for this coming Tuesday. My two brothers-in-law, my brother and one of my ASAM friends will be helping. Isn't it wonderful to have family and friends?! What would I do without them?!

Following that my brother will be working on the basement and finishing the two large decks and a few things on the outside. I will be away at camp meeting and will probably move in August.

Yes, that's true, however, two of those weeks will be working at camp meeting. My brothers and I will also be presenting at concert there.....which takes much practise. Then the 1st weekend in August I will be presenting a concert at the Man-Sask Camp Meeting. I guess you could say that all this business is my fault because I agreed to all of this. Sometime I guess I need to learn to say 'no'.

Yes, I think so. However, tomorrow I will be taking a couple of car loads of my things out there. Then most of what is left is food and furniture. I hope to hire a moving company to take my furniture out there in August.

Well, I'm still here. The move will probably take place the third week in August. Most of the services are installed but, for the plumbing. Much of it is done but there are a few things left to complete it and the company that does the plumbing will be coming on Tuesday folliwing the holiday this weekend. After that, my brother is finishing the decks and then the inspector will come and inspect things and then perhaps I can move in.......So, I'm waiting.

On Tuesday, August 17, at 9:00 a.m. Two Small Men With Big Hearts will be on my door step ready to move me to my new house. Can't wait! In the meantime I'm camping in my apartment with my sleeping bag on my bed.

The last couple of day's after work I've been out at my place unpacking and getting ready for the furniture to arrive on Tuesday. Tomorrow I'll head out that way to do a little more preparation. Hopefully tomorrow will be dry enough so I can do some work in the yard and won't have to wade through the mud in my barefeet.

Tomorrow is the day....9 a.m. when 2 Little Men With Big Hearts will be at my door ready to move my furniture. Will I be able to sleep tonight? I still have to carry out four bins to my car tonight so I won't have so much to do tomorrow morning.....so I need to get off this computer.........
