If any of you are familiar with the workings of a forum and would like to help with this forum......we are looking for you. I would like to get some of my life back. I do like the forum, it just takes quite a bit of time to keep it up. Any takers?

I didn't hear from anyone in regards to the request above so I guess no one knows anything about forum operations. Sad!

We had a member send out an email to other members requesting money for a fund for personal use. (Comes from the Ivory Coast) This kind of email is not to be sent to our members and we have banned this person from being a member. Please do not send these kinds of emails to members of this forum! Please know that anyone joining this forum for this purpose will be banned.

Actually I was notified by one of those who helped us with the technical set up of the forum and who is still a member. He received one of the emails and shared it with me. It is definitely not an email that should be sent to any of our members. I'm sorry this new member shared it. Hopefully it will not happen again. If it does, please contact me so we can do something about it. Thanx.

Today we are up to 197 forum members (January 14th). Just 3 more to go to reach 200! Then we can celebrate! Actually we have had quite a number of others who had joined but once they have not returned to the forum for one year they have been deleted. Sad that they did not return but, we have always gotten more and are still growing. God is certainly blessing this place. If you have joined recently we are very happy to have you here. Please come back often and please feel free to add your thoughts and opinions to the topics of discussion.

Today is April 9 and we currently have 277 members. However, many of these members are not active or only return from time to time and most of them are not making posts. We do need people to make posts and add to the discussion. Perhaps many are not sure how to make posts on a forum. If you are one of them but, would like to learn please let dgrimm60 or I know and we can help you. We'd love to have you join us in topics of interest to you!

We are now over the 300 member mark and many of these are returning every now and then and some more than that. That is great! We are here for information, encouragment and fellowship for the single adult and we are very happy to have every person here!

Today, July 10th we have 376 members which means we are only 24 away from the 400 member mark. Now when that happens we will need to celebrate! Not sure how but.......
